Strange Daze is a well established Manchester soundsystem, currently bringing a refreshing and genre defying mix of music to the enlightened ones on a quarterly basis. The most recent event saw a diverse lineup, headed by a Shitmat & Hoonboy “Demolition Squad” back2back laptop show.
As a freebie on cd that was included in the party bags given out to the first 50 ravers, I did a slightly different mix to usual, a 3-deck ableton edit with live turntablist scratch antics. By popular demand this special one-off is now available from this site, Mixcloud.com and a few other random blogs.
